System Integration

Hydrogen Peroxide Dilution System – Automatically blends high-concentration hydrogen peroxide (H2O2, typically 35% to 50%) with purified water to achieve a precise, safer lower concentration required for specific processes. Key Components: Precision dosing pumps, static mixers, inline concentration sensors (refractometers or conductivity meters), and corrosion-resistant piping (often PTFE or high-grade stainless steel). Applications: Bleaching in pulp and paper, advanced oxidation in wastewater treatment, and sanitisation in food and beverage lines.

Chlorine Dioxide Generator – Safely produces chlorine dioxide (ClO2) gas in-situ on-demand by reacting precursor chemicals (commonly sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid or chlorine gas), avoiding the hazards of storing unstable (ClO2) gas. Key Components: Chemical precursor metering pumps, reaction column/chamber, integrated PLC control system, and vacuum/injection dosing systems. Applications: Municipal drinking water disinfection, cooling tower biofilm control, and industrial wastewater treatment.

Chemical Injection Skid – A complete, modular system pre-assembled on a steel frame designed to inject precise volumes of specialized chemicals into a main process line, often under high pressure. Key Components: Structural skid frame, high-pressure metering pumps, calibration columns, pulsation dampeners, pressure relief valves, and instrumentation. Applications: Oil and gas production (injecting corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, or methanol), and petrochemical processing.

Chemical Dosing Skid – Similar to an injection skid but typically optimized for low-to-medium pressure applications where precise, continuous, or batch delivery of chemicals is needed to regulate liquid chemistry. Key Components: Storage tanks, Chemical metering pumps, flow meters, relief valves, and localized control panels. Applications: pH adjustment in water treatment, chemical addition in manufacturing, and chlorination in swimming pools.

Polymer Dilution System – Automatically prepares raw polymer (either dry powder or concentrated liquid emulsion) by aging and hydrating it with water to form a fully activated, homogeneous polymer solution. Key Components: Powder feeder or liquid concentrate pump, multi-chamber wetting/aging tanks, low-speed mixers, and a water control manifold. Applications: Sludge dewatering, wastewater clarification, and flocculation in mining operations.

Metering Pump System – A system built around a highly accurate positive displacement pump (diaphragm or plunger style) designed to move precise volumes of liquid regardless of changes in system pressure. Key Components: Diaphragm or piston metering pump, stroke actuators (for automated flow control), calibration cylinder, and backpressure valves. Applications: Laboratory fluid delivery, exact ingredient dosing in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and chemical regulation.

Fertilizer Dosing System – Often called a fertigation system, it injects liquid fertilizers and nutrients directly into an irrigation water stream to optimize crop nourishment. Key Components: Venturi injectors or specialized dosing pumps, EC (Electrical Conductivity) and pH sensors, and automated irrigation controllers. Applications: Commercial greenhouses, hydroponic farming, and large-scale agricultural irrigation.

Gas Detecting System – Continuously monitors the ambient air for toxic, flammable, or oxygen-deficient environments to protect personnel and plant assets. Key Components: Fixed gas sensor transmitters (catalytic bead, electrochemical, or infrared), centralized multi-channel control panels, and audio/visual alarms. Applications: Confined space monitoring, chemical storage facilities, refineries, and mechanical plant rooms.

Gear Motor Mixer Fabrication – The custom engineering and manufacturing of heavy-duty industrial agitators driven by a geared motor, built to blend liquids or keep solids suspended in large tanks. Key Components: Electric motor, speed-reduction gearbox, rigid coupling, mixer shaft, and custom-designed impellers (propellers, hydrofoils, or anchors). Applications: Food processing batch tanks, chemical blending vessels, and large scale water treatment flocculation basins.

Pump Repairment Services – Technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and rebuilding of broken or worn-out industrial pumps to restore them to original factory performance standards. Key Components: Dynamic balancing of impellers, replacement of diaphragm, mechanical seals, shaft alignment, bearing replacements, and casing weld repairs/re-coating.
